The short version
This website has no accounts and no booking form. We don’t collect your name, email or phone number on the site. If you contact us, you do it through WhatsApp or email, and that conversation is between you and us.
Requesting a room
When you tap “Request on WhatsApp” or “Email us”, the site opens WhatsApp or your email app with a message already written: the room, dates, number of guests and an estimated price. Nothing is sent until you send it. Once you do, we use the message and your phone number or email address only to answer you and to look after your stay. WhatsApp and your email provider handle the message under their own privacy policies.
Cookies and analytics
We use two kinds of cookies:
- Your choices.
langandcurrremember your language and currency on the booking page. They hold no personal data. - Google Analytics 4. Counts visits and how people use the site (pages viewed, dates chosen, taps on the WhatsApp and email buttons). It sets cookies and sends this data to Google. We don’t use it to identify you.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Other services
Exchange rates are fetched by our server, not your browser, so your details never reach the rate provider. The map loads from Google only when you press “Open map”, and Google then applies its own policy.

You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, at any time by writing to palaisshazam@gmail.com.
